Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

This Returns Policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions. No returns are accepted from private consumers.

1.2 Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and documentation.
  • Customized or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Returns Process

2.1 Initiating a Return:

  • Contact hello@basicobd.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Order Number]".
  • Include your business name, VAT ID, order number, and reason for the return.
  • Await approval and a pre-paid return label. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

2.2 Shipping Instructions:

  • Use the provided pre-paid return label for eligible returns.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.

2.3 Non-Compliance:

  • Goods shipped without authorization or to incorrect addresses will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

3. Inspection and Refund Policy

3.1 Inspection of Returns:

All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3.2 Refunds and Replacements:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
  • Replacements may be issued if requested and available.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

4.1 Reporting Issues:

  • Notify Basic Engineering Sp. z.o.o. within 48 hours of delivery if goods are defective or incorrect.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue.

4.2 Resolution:

Basic Engineering Sp. z.o.o. will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Proper Packaging:

Customers must package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

5.2 Compliance:

Adherence to this policy is required to qualify for free returns and refunds.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

6.1 Ineligible Returns:

Returns outside the 14-day period or for items damaged due to improper use or non-compliance are ineligible.
